ISSAS

ISSAS (Integrated Service Station Automation System) was developed because of an identified need - to improve the accounting and operational efficiency of service stations.

ISSAS configurations cover small filling stations through to high throughput, multi-retailing operations on major expressways. Individual site configurations are primarily determined by site retail needs rather than sheer throughput. Sites may have large fuel sales but modest automation requirements compared to a smaller fuel throughput sites with a workshop, convenience store and large credit/fleet card use.

All classes of sites are upgradable and compatible with each other. All may be deployed within a single network

All site classes require pump control hardware and a network connection to the head office system (generally over a VPN for security)

The operator has full control of the forecourt. A Daily Sales Summary is still produced, as is the Automated Daily Report. Details of all sales, price changes and times the pumps were offline are forwarded automatically to head office for inclusion in the Network Performance Report.

All classes of systems support the integration of tank probes and card readers and all can run combinations of self-service or full service if desired.

All classes and POS units can be RFID enabled to support Crossecom’s RFID card products and vehicle rapid fuelling systems.
